Development Centres.

There are number of ways that you can improve the competency of your staff.  Often the most effective way is to work individually with them using a coaching approach which gets them to take personal ownership for their results.  A coaching approach can be used with a group or team of people in a Development Centre.

 A Development Centre is a day, or number of days, where the participants  are actively involved in the assessment of their own and others behaviours as part of their professional development.’

Typically a Development Centre is designed by our Occupational Psyhcologists who will put together a range of assessment strategies.   The participants are required at some stage to give and receive feedback on their competency and to work towards the identification of development requirements as part of their Continuous Professional Development.
